Conference contributions
We invite all scientists and river managers to present their work at this symposium. Presenters can choose between two different types of talks. It is possible to give a talk of 12 minutes + 3 minutes of discussion or a flash talk of 5 minutes and 1 minute of discussion. The latter talk-type is meant for ongoing studies which are usually presented as a poster at conferences. Please submit an abstract to apply for a talk at this symposium (see information below).
Abstract submission
Abstracts should be handed in as a doc- or docx-file and contain a maximum of 250 words. Please include title, names of authors, affiliation and contact details of the presenter, preferred session, and favoured type of contribution (talk/flash talk). Please send your abstract to: , at the latest on 30.09.2022.
Please do not forget to additionally register for the symposium. You will receive a notification of abstract acceptance and the preliminary scheduling on 31.10.2022. Due to the limited number of time slots, a selection will take place.
Time of the conference
Currently, timeslots for the symposium are not finally set. We will fix the times and schedule of the symposium after the abstract submission deadline in the final program, to ensure that the program will conform to the time zones of the majority of the active participants.
